Cancellation Window:
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

Late Cancellation:
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 6-8 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.

No Show Policy:
If a guest does not check in by the specified check-in time on the arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
